For me (I know I'm still in the young catagory) I have found that I had no confidence at all until about 5 years ago. I seem to gain a little more each year. Hopefully I can keep that up and not revert to old habits. You are one amazing woman who is never invisable!5Youngershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16938036429675803341noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3952602041975839869.post-87680661022470653202010-05-26T21:14:37.817-07:002010-05-26T21:14:37.817-07:00Please Ardith...NO red and purple hat!!!!! I'...Please Ardith...NO red and purple hat!!!!! I'm not even old enough for that! I don't think I'll ever be old enough for that! Here's what I do, I'm sort of living life in reverse. All those years I wasted thinking I was fat. Those years you see yourself in pictures now and think, "I can't believe I thought I was fat, if only I could be that thin again!", as I put another cookie in my mouth. Now I pretend I'm that thin, I have to avoid mirrors though, but it's working well for me. I'm much happier now and not worrying about what all those people think of me (the ones that don't count and have no idea I exist). It's all in your mental attitude and playing games with your mind ;) Good luck!!
P.S. I think you look great!!Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13993777471113213647noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3952602041975839869.post-43150014316251752472010-05-26T14:02:45.898-07:002010-05-26T14:02:45.898-07:00:) this made me smile and chuckle pleasantly. Look at former cutie Meg Ryan who's lips now look like they've been ironed or Jennifer Grey who no longer looks like the spunky, fun girl from Dirty Dancing.....how sad. Now think about Vanessa Redgrave, Meryl Streep, Diane Keaton, Jessica Tandy and others who haven't hidden their aging. They are regally beautiful women who's public aging stands as an affirmation to women that we don't need to tweak the things that make us who we are.

And I think you look fabulous....Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00535588827674743833noreply@blogger.com
